Shipping & COD Policy

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, courier companies in Pakistan do not allow parcels to be opened before payment.

You may open and check your package after making the payment and confirming delivery with the courier.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at WhatsApp +923712340005 support@sartoandco.com after receiving the parcel. The product will need to be sent back to us at your own expense for processing.

Please note: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: We kindly request that you do not ask the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as this is against COD regulations.
